I ignored all the negative reviews because I had my heart set on it when I got it I was very disappointed the touchpad sucks and keyboard is to small. One person found this helpful. I bought this as a "netbook" for my 7 year old granddaughter and it was too small even for her. Sent it back and got a refund. I bought two of these for my grandchildren last christmas. To date my grandson has never used his because he can't do anything with it except email.
My granddaughter could not do anything except email with it either. At this time it is deader than a door nail.
